Apart from all the obstructions with which the colleagues from Industrial union RTB BOR are confronting, RTB Bor - Grupa, RBB Bor d.o.o. proved its representativeness after all.

INDUSTRIAL UNION RTB BOR – GRUPA, RBB BOR DOO PROVED ITS REPRESENTATIVENESS




Based on the submitted evidence in the process of assessment of representativeness upon the request by Industrial union RTB Bor – Grupa, RBB Bor d.o.o., Commission for ratification of the representativeness has determined that Industrial union RTB Bor – Grupa, RBB Bor d.o.o. satisfied all the conditions determined by law. Pursuant to the opinion of the commission, acting general manager Dragan Bojović issued a decision of representativeness of the Industrial union RTB Bor – Grupa, RBB Bor d.o.o. number 126/345.
According to colleague Rudolf Navijalic, the president of the Board of commissioners, Industrial union submitted their applications for 26% of the overall number of workers, which was more than sufficient for determining of the representativeness. That is not the end, states colleague Navijalic, from the moment of the confirmation of represenativeness until today, Industrial union has had 30 new members. We are convinced that our idea is right and that even more workers will join us, says Navijalić.
In RBB, Autonomous union and Industrial union are representative unions; there are no other (representative) unions. We from RBB, together with our central organization Industrial union of Serbia, have a moral obligation to help strengthening the other organizations in RTB Grupa in order to become representative, which will happen soon, concludes colleague Navijalić.

Pursuant to the Article 220 section 2 of the Labour law (Official Gazette RS number 24/2005 and 61/2005) Acting General Manager of RTB BOR-GRUPA, Rudnici bakra Bor DOO is reaching the following


DECISION

Hereby the representativeness of Industrial trade union RTB BOR-GRUPA, RBB BOR DOO is determined, with headquarters in Bor, Kestenova 8 Street, enlisted in the Registry of trade unions in accordance to the decision reached by Ministry of Labour and social policy nr 110-00-170/2009-02 from 19th January 2009.


EXPLANATION

Based on the submitted evidence in the process of assessment of representativeness of the employer RTB BOR-GRUPA, Rudnici bakra Bor DOO, it is determined that the Industrial union RTB BOR-GRUPA, RTB BOR DOO satisfies the conditions of representativeness determined by law.
