Industrial Union „ATB Sever“ AD the first union organization in the family of Industrial Union of Serbia to ratify its representativeness.
On the basis of the submitted documents, the Commission for ratification of the representativeness has determined that the documentation submitted by Industrial Union „ATB SEVER“ AD is valid, that the union is enlisted into the registry, and that they possess sufficient number of signed accessions to the Industrial Union „ATB Sever“ AD, namely more than 15% of the overall number of employees, as determined by law.
On the basis of that, the Commission has concluded that Industrial Union „ATB Sever“ AD. has fulfilled the conditions for representativeness, and informed the employer about that.
On the basis of the protocol of the Commission, and with the authorization form the employer, the deputy CEO Sava Mitrović has signed the DECISION that Industrial Union „ATB SEVER“ AD is an representative union organization within the company „ATB Sever“ AD Subotica.
In the company „ATB SEVER“ two union are operative, Confederation of Autonomous Trade unions of Serbia, and Industrial union of Serbia, and both are representative.
The Industrial union of Serbia is currently initiating the demand for ratification of the representativeness in several other companies. This is a proof of the fact that members of the Branch metal union remained loyal to their legally and legitimately elected management.

Pursuant to the Article 220 stand 2 of the Labour law (Official Gazette RS number 24705 and 61/05) and pursuant to the Records of the Commission for ratification of the representativeness of the trade unions from 03 March 2000. hereby I am reaching
DECISION
Industrial union - ATB SEVER a.d. from Subotica is enlisted into the Registry of union organizations by the Decision of the Ministry of labour and social policy, number 110-00-1322/2008-02 from 09 January 2009, under the number 21001 and from 03 March 2009 fulfills the condition of representativeness.
EXPLANATION
The Commission for ratification of the representativeness of the trade unions which I appointed through the Decision from 26 March 2009, has determined the representativeness of the Industrial Union ATB SEVER and submitted me a Record with all the necessary attachments. On the basis of that, I reached the decision, as given in the enacting terms.
ADVICE ON LEGAL REMEDY: Against this Decision, the dissatisfied party has the right to bring lawsuit to the competent court within the legal time limit.
