PREPARATIONS FOR COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT

The SMWBU ‘’Nezavisnost’’ has, according to needs of ‘’Nezavisnost’’ Union’s Trustee Office of the IMP, organized a one-day Seminar on Collective Bargaining. The ‘’Nezavisnost’’ Union’s Committee of the IMP commenced the preparations for the negotiations and preparing a new Collective Agreement with the Employer, because the present one will expire soon. This will be the first C.A. as from the moment of privatization and shall require serious preparations and better proficiency.

The lecturers from SMWBU ‘’Nezavisnost’’ were Aleksandar Todic and Negoslav Jovanovic.
