Background: 

Born on June 24, 1954 in Zajecar. Completed the Secondary Technical School, Mechanical Engineering Program, in Bor. Employed in “RTB” Bor – Equipment and Spare Parts Factory, as a Leading Designer of the Development Section since 1975 and from 1990 he worked on introducing the Quality System. He is a member of “Nezavisnost” Union since 1996. From 1996 – 2000 elected President of “RTB” Bor Union – FOD. Elected Regional Commissary of UBU in 2000 when he was discharged from the company due to union activities. Elected Regional Commissary of MWBU “Nezavisnost” in 2002.
